Executive Summary
I am Norhan Elashry, a PMP-certified tech leader with 16+ years of experience in building and delivering software solutions. I began my career in 2008 as a designer and a fullstack developer creating integrated web and mobile platforms. Through my MSc research, I’ve also explored advanced topics like Machine Learning and Business Intelligence. Then, I grew into leadership roles as Tech Lead, Scrum Master, Project Manager, Solution Head, and CEO. As founder of Adwat and i-fikra Software Companies, I’ve led multi-million-dollar projects, mentored over 8,000 tech professionals, and expanded my expertise into marketing, sales, CRM, finance, and business development through my MBA studies
